During the symposium, everyone must comply with the Corona measures then applicable in Rhineland-Palatinate.

For now the restrictions are:

 

"Access to the indoor areas […] is only possible for vaccinated or recovered persons or persons of equal status to them* who also have a current negative test certificate (2G+ regulation). People with booster vaccination, newly recovered (up to 3 months after recovery) newly double-vaccinated (up to 3 months after second vaccination) and vaccinated recovered do not need test verification.

 

Exceptions for minors:

 

    Children up to 12 years and 3 months of age are still considered vaccinated and do not require additional proof of testing.

    Older vaccinated or recovered children or adolescents up to and including 17 years of age do not require additional negative proof of testing.

    Older children or adolescents up to and including 17 years of age who have not been vaccinated or have recovered may also be present (up to a maximum number of 25) with current proof of testing.

 

*Vaccinated and recovered persons have the same status as people who cannot be vaccinated for medical reasons and who have an appropriate medical certificate including diagnosis and a current test certificate.“

 

This means for everybody present at the Symposium, you:

 

    need to be at least 2x vaccinated and bring an additional max. 24 h negative testresult with you on first arrival,

    do not need an extra test if you are:

        recovered max 3 months prior to the sympsoium,

        2x vaccinated within 3 months prior to the symposium,

        3x vaccinated (boostered),

    need to wear a face-mask if being indoors,

    need to register at the entrance of the harxhäuser hof with a required app.

 

please note: none vaccinated, not-recovered persons will not have acces to the symposium.
